Here we are in beautiful and picturesque Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia! One of the neighbors cities located on the Danube River, along with Budapest, Vienna etc. It is the only capital of a European state that is located almost on the border with another State (Austria) while the Carpathian mountain range starts within the city area with the small Carpathian Mountains (Malé Karpaty), where villages are worth visiting.
We found ourselves in the small but beautiful Bratislava, just after our trip to the imperial Budapest and our impressions are beyond positive!
Did you know that Bratislava is one of the smallest capitals in Europe?
